Ingredients

  • 1 pack honey graham crackers 210 grams
  • 250 ml sweetened thick creamer Angel Kremdensada/ Alaska Crema Asada
  • ¼ teaspoon salt optional

Coating Suggestions:

  • Crushed or ground roasted peanuts or cashew
  • crushed or ground pistachio
  • desiccated coconut
  • Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • candy sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a food processor, process graham crackers into fine powder.
    1 pack honey graham crackers
  • In a large bowl, combine crushed graham, salt and sweetened condensed creamer and mix well.
    250 ml sweetened thick creamer, ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Form into 1 tablespoon balls and roll in preferred coating to fully coat.
    Crushed or ground roasted peanuts or cashew, crushed or ground pistachio, desiccated coconut, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, candy sprinkles
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  • Transfer to a serving dish to serve or place each on a small cup liners and arrange in a box to gift away.
