Add the glutious rice and bring to a simmer

Add ube, coconut milk and evaporated milk in another pot and cook over medium heat

Use blender to make puree. Add the condensed milk

Add the half-cooked rice to the ube halaya. gently fold. Transfer the rice to the greased pan and spread out

Mix all ingredients for the custard in a bowl and pour this over the rice and bake at 180°C
