- 0.5 pound fusilli pasta
- 1 can tuna chunk in water (7 Oz. /198 g)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small carrot - grated
- 1 stalk celery - chopped
- 1 big red onion - finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons pickle relish
- salt
- ground pepper
Cook fusilli according to package directions. Drain water and rinse to let it cool down. Can be done ahead and refrigerated.
In a big salad bowl, toss together the pasta, mayonnaise, tuna, carrots, celery and red onions. Add some pickle relish if desired.
Season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
