Avocado Ice Cream
Try this easy recipe for avocado ice cream with yogurt. It is so simple and healthy and best of all no need for ice cream maker.
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup milk
Place all ingredients in a blender or bowl of stab mixer and pulse until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Transfer the content into a plastic container with a lid or popsicle forms and put in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until they harden.
