Mango Mayo Dressing
Sweet and tangy! Combination of mango and mayonnaise makes a refreshing and healthy salad dressing.

Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise
(refer to my homemade mayonnaise recipe)

ripe mango
- peeled, pitted and sliced
1
tablespoon
honey
(optional)
pinch of
salt
(optional)
Instructions
Puree mango in blender or stab mixer until very smooth.
Add the mayonnaise and honey and keep on mixing until well combined.
Transfer to a jar or container and keep refrigerated if not yet using. May be kept for a week.
Notes
Honey may be skipped especially if mangoes are really ripe and sweet.
