INGREDIENTS

Combine all ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix.

Fill the siomai wrapper with the meat filling and form .

Place the siomai in steamer and steam over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.

Serve with your favorite dumpling dipping sauce .

Great and easy recipe! The taste is very close to our favorite Chinese resto's siomai.
