I made this Chili Shepherd's Pie at one of our family events and it was a really big hit! This Shepherd's Pie Recipe is so easy to make with simple ingredients and can be done in a few minutes. An all in one dish for simple dinner or any special occasions.
Armin is absolutely crazy about this Chili Sheperd's Pie. He would eat it every day if it is up to him. But I would not complain either because it takes really so less time and effort to assemble it. That is why I always stock on chili beans and instant mashed potato. This dish has saved me several times when I am having one of those 'I-don't-know-what-to-cook' kind of days and would give Armin the chance to decide and sure enough, it would be...Shepherd's Pie!

hi as a brit living in asia many many years loving chinese pinoy indian nd spicy food in general and a skilled amateur cook its a breath of fresh air to see so many unusual recipes crammed together and good to vary the menu. but i had to just make a note for u on my fav dish first its cottage pie. shepherds pie is made with lamb. also may i add please if u have add some worcestershire sauce it elevates the dish like a fish sauce should that needed umami and of course needs a drop of tomatoes paste for acidity other than that its a great version
note: there is also a trick with beef dishes fry the onions with some star anise. remove before combine with the beef this releases a protein that binds with the beef to create more umami.
