- 2 pcs cucumbers use English cucumber if available
- 1 large fuji/gala apple
- 6-8 pieces fresh mint leaves
- 1 pc lemon or lime juiced
- 2 cups water
- Ice cubes
- sugar/honey/agave syrup if desired
Instructions
- Rinse the cucumber, apple and mint leaves thoroughly.
- 2 pcs cucumbersCut off the ends of the cucumbers and then cut into 1-inch thick pieces.
- 1 large fuji/gala applePeel off the skin of the apple and cut the apple into quarters then cut each into halves, making 8, remove the seeds.
- 6-8 pieces fresh mint leaves, 1 pc lemon or lime, 2 cups waterTransfer the cucumber, apple, mint, and lemon/lime juice to a blender or food processor. Add the water and blend on high speed for 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
- Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the juice to remove the pulp.
