  1. Hallo Kabayan,

I bumped into your blogs while I was looking for recipes since I like cooking but mostly Filipino foods. Since my wife is half Filipino therefore we both enjoy Filipino cuisines, even more than the german foods aside from spaghetti. 🙂

Right away I tried your longganisa recipe since we don’t have it here in Augsburg. If ever there is, it’s quite pricey. Although I only used the ground meat we have in our fridge which we bought not from a Metzgerei, therefore not much fat, but we really like it. It taste like authentic pinoy longganisa. Thanks much for making this blogs. You help many maybe more as you might knew.

I am excited to try next the ensaymada. Ok, I will use Gouda cheese like what you recommend. Can I use the already-grated cheese pack in the grocery store (z.B. Al**, Li**?)

Once again thanks. You probably must have a happy husband. 🙂

    1. Hi Jueven, I am really glad to hear you are enjoying our cuisine! Yes, you may use the already grated Gouda cheese or you may also want to mix it with some cheddar cheese if you can find some. But I would suggest adding the cheese when you are ready to eat it. Based on my experience with some German cheeses, they tend to harden and dry out when exposed to air for some time.
