Munich is the capital of Bavaria. It is the third largest city in Germany, next to Berlin and Hamburg. A trip to Insel Mainau

When I was just a couple of days old in Germany, I think my husband was too eager to show off his hometown, so one day he brought me to this island called Insel Mainau, a small island in the Lake Constance, where we used to live just about ten kilometers away. A walk at the Pfrunger Ried

My husband and I decided to have a walk one day to see how the Pfrunger Ried looks like at this time of the year. I asked him what is a "ried" and he said it is german for "swamp" or "marsh".
